Alcohol’s side effects and your RESULTS


Over consumption leads to:

-increased vitamin deficiency
-decreased nutrient absorption
-decrease in the breakdown of fats
-decrease in metabolism
-increase in “munchies” syndrome
-increase in empty calories (7 empty calories per gram)
-decrease in restful sleep patterns
-increase in cortisol levels (fat hormones)
-increase or decrease in blood glucose levels
-DEHYDRATION


I see so many of you work your tail off daily, why waste it with so many thoughtless actions?
For those of you that do not work out with us or not at all are also putting yourself in a deeper hole.
All of the side effects listed above cause your body to work less efficient which leads to disease and obstructed internal body function.  
Binge drinking leads to bad eating habits (too much or not enough).  The intestines take the brunt of this harmful behavior.

Do you have intestinal problems? Itchy, dry or flaky skin? Cut back on some of those extra drinks and bad foods that come with them and you’ll see a difference.

Don’t be confused or frustrated with your health problems anymore! Take control of your health! It doesn’t have to be as hard as you think. It doesn't have to take your fun away. Fun is relative! Once you retrain your body how to process the amounts you put into it, you will have the fun you always had! Don’t just take my word for it or call me crazy, try it! It’s time to conjure up some motivation and feel good for once and for all!
Change how you feel!

Moderation is KEY! Over drinking and  bad nutrition lead to improper bodily function and disease. The pieces of your body you can’t see scream for attention and you either don’t see it or ignore it. Take a look at your skin.. How has your stomach been feeling lately? Are you at your ideal body fat and weight? Has your memory served you right lately? Do you have regular aches and pains?
Take charge now! It’s not too late.
Tips:
Women, 1 alcoholic drink/day should be a regular standard
Men, 2 drinks
If you indulge in more than 1-2 drinks:
Graze on things like; salsa and baked chips, veggies & dip or grapes and low fat cheese.
With every drink order a glass of water..
